Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities Ensure that all items on the projects punch list are completed in a timely manner prior to go-live.
Ensure that all required close-out documentation is received from consultants, contractors and vendors in a timely manner.
Ensure that all final project costs and timeframes are accurately documented on the project tracking forms and project summary.
Support the Engineering department in the event of maintenance emergencies.
Conduct Environment of Care (EOC) rounds with key stakeholders, with a keen focus on the aesthetics of patient care areas and general work environments.
All responsibilities apply to oversight of work on both the Dallas and Frisco campuses.
Required Skills/Abilities 5
years experience in construction.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
May substitute required education degree with additional years of qualified, leadership experience in construction supervision.
Have a working knowledge in understanding construction documents and floorplans.
Demonstrable knowledge of concrete, framing, drywall, tape/bed/paint, ceiling, flooring, doors/frames/hardware, and building envelope.
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
Must be able to collaborate and communicate respectfully and effectively with all levels of staff, vendors, and contractors.
Must work well under deadline pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of or ability and willingness to work with technical systems such as, but not limited to, E-Builder, Truasset and Bluebeam.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
