We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant reporting directly to our CEO to assist with a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, special projects for the law firm, travel arrangements, and household management for multiple residences.
This job is based in Dallas with occasional travel to Fort Worth.
Compensation:
$22 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
Manage household tasks for multiple residences, including coordinating with vendors and overseeing maintenance and repairs.
Perform general administrative duties such as email and calendar management.
Assist with special projects for the law firm, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Personal tasks and errands.
Technology support, basic troubleshooting, and set-up.
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
