Summary:
The Production Coordinator will provide administrative and general business support to assigned team, managing a variety of functions to ensure that operations and internal and external customer needs are met.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a timely manner, scheduling system start-ups, service repairs, replacement quotes, and preventative maintenance visits.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities :

Provide overall administrative support as directed.

Assist assigned team and management to complete jobs in a timely manner.

Answer incoming calls in a timely manner.

Schedule customers for service repairs, production services, and start-up calls.

Make outbound calls to customers and builders to confirm scheduled appointments.

Follow up with customers and ensure their satisfaction.

Responsible for communicating with vendors.

Schedule callbacks and quality inspections.

Responsible for managing customer and builder data files, scanning documents, creating folders, and filing.

Managing and/or assisting with invoicing, billing, and requesting PO's.

Process subcontractors payroll.

Interface with other internal departments to resolve issues as required.

Provided phone support for the team and location as directed.

Follows all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety.

_Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.
Relevant work experience may be substituted for education.

year's office and/or clerical experience.

Relevant work experience may be substituted for education.

General computer competency is required, including a minimum of 1-year experience Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to work overtime with little notice _;_ weekends hours may occasionally be required.

With natural or corrected vision, able to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception.

Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to others.

Ability to enter text or data into a computer by means of a traditional keyboard or 10-key numeric keypad.

Must be able to use arms and hands to reach overhead, signal, grab, hold, lift, turn, push and pull objects and tools.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
