You will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating patient care activities.

Duties:
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage the scheduling system - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Assist with medical billing and insurance claims - Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure proper coordination of care - Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families - Assist with referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care - Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical office or dental office setting is preferred - Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.
