JOB SUMMARY
Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a 6M C2H opportunity that located in Dallas, TX 75251 (hybrid onsite 3-4 days per week)
The Business Analyst will be involved in the transformation of healthcare practices and systems
The Business Analyst will work within a highly-visible pivotal role, including engaging with stakeholders, creating ground-up innovative solutions, and driving the overall goal of integrating cutting-edge projects to success
The Business Analyst will create comprehensive end-user documentation for software customizations and make a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the system
The Business Analyst must be creative and solution-oriented and possess a high attention to detail to manage multiple projects and develop a deeper understanding of the environment
The Business Analyst must be able to successfully embrace the challenges of working with emerging technologies, while building meaningful relationships with stakeholders
Additional Project Details
The Business Analyst will be working within a Healthcare company on ground-up projects, from inception to delivery
The ideal BA must have previous experience DIRECTLY interfacing with Stakeholders to elicit requirements, taking those ideas and creating presentable solutions, and working with the business to imagine, create, and bring to life new products
The Business Analyst will focus on multiple projects simultaneously however the main focus currently is on their Compensation System and therefore that type of previous experience is highly preferred but not required
The Business Analyst must also have strong experience working within Finance (AR / AP / Billing / GL, etc.)
  • Engage Stakeholders to Foster Working Relationships / Effective Communication / Involving Business Users, SMEs, and Project Teams
  • Elicit Comprehensive Business Requirements using Interviews / Workshops / Surveys / Observations - Ensuring Accuracy / Inclusion
  • Document Business Requirements Clearly in Structured Formats - BRDs / FRDs / Use Case / User Stories / Process Flows for Common Understanding Among Stakeholders
  • Analyze / Document Current Business Processes - Flow / Swimlane Diagrams to Comprehend Workflows
  • Propose Optimized Processes Aligned with Business Objectives to Reduce Redundancy / Enhance Efficiency
  • Access the Feasibility of Business Processes Reengineering for Improvements - Monitor / Evaluate Implemented Process Enhancements / Continuously Seeking Stakeholder Feedback for Further Opportunities
  • Prepare Well-Structured Business Case Document Presenting Project Objectives / Benefits / Costs / Risks / Additional Vital Information for Aiding in Decision-Making by Stakeholders and Senior Management
  • Develop a Comprehensive Test Plan Outlining the Testing Scope / Objectives / Test Scenarios / Test Cases / Test Data / Resources Required for Each Project Phase
  • Create Detailed Test Case / Scripts Based on Defined Test Scenarios / Documenting Steps / Expected Results / Necessary Preconditions or Test Data
  • Monitor / Enforce Quality Standards Throughout the SDLC - Identify and Track Defects / Collaborate with the Development Team for Resolution / Conducting Retesting to Validate Fixes Pre-Release
  • Facilitate / Support UAT Efforts / Coordinate with End-Users to Validate the Solution Functionality / Business Needs Verification Pre-Deployment
  • Develop Strategies for Managing Organizational Change During Implementation - Communication Plans / Training Programs / Addressing Resistance to Ensure Smooth Adoption
  • Create Comprehensive End-User Documentation - User Manuals / Guides / FAQs to Provide Clear Instructions on effectively using the new IT System
  • Offer Continuous Support to End-Users - Assisting in Software-Related Inquiries / Provide Training to Enhance Understanding and System Adoption / Usage
  • Diagnose / Troubleshoot Technical Issues Reported by End-Users to the Related Software - Provide Timely Resolution / Escalating to Appropriate Support Channels, etc.
  • Customize COTS (off-the-shelf) Software to Align with Specific Business Needs / Requirements - Ensure Optimal Organizational System Functionality

  • Business Analyst (Functional) - Healthcare Industry (EHR Systems / Health Data Standards HL7 / CDA, etc. / Healthcare Application Integration Finance (AR / AP / GL / Billing / Compensation Systems, etc.) Revenue Cycle Management Processes / Systems, etc.
  • Gathering Requirements / Process Modeling / Data Analysis - Effectively Translating Business Needs into Deliverable Technical Solutions
  • Creating / Presenting Ground-Up Innovative Solutions to Stakeholders (where none previously existed), etc.
  • Customer-Focused Direct Interfacing with Stakeholders / Senior Management / Business Users, etc.
  • Highly Detailed-Oriented / Adept at Analyzing Large Volumes of Data
  • Project Management - Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously with Dynamic Requirements
  • Exceptional Organization / Time Management / Documentation Skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
