DEI Inclusion ProgramsThe Sr Dir, Inclusion Programs role is responsible for creating a work environment in which inclusion is exemplified and bias is minimized, leading to more equitable treatment of all associates at every stage of the associate lifecycle.
Reporting directly into the Head of DE&I Strategy and Programs leader, this role will deliver scalable Diversity Equity & Inclusion training and programming and drive business impact across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities and DutiesIdentify and drive inclusion behavior programming and trainings.
Serve as the DEI partner in the use and delivery of Talent Tools & Initiatives.
Responsible for the strategic planning, delivery, execution and measurement of the firm's enterprise-wide DEI programming, including inclusion programming and Business Resource Group (BRG) management.
Work closely with key company leaders and cross functional partners to support the delivery of BRG programs and a differentiated Associate experience.
Serve as a strategic thought partner, advisor and coach to BRG leaders, and a champion for the BRG programs.
Establish programs/processes and best practices to support the cultivation of an inclusive culture at TIAA through its BRGs.
Promote TIAA s accelerated focus on promoting DEI and business innovation to demonstrate/strengthen our external value proposition and attract/retain top talent.
A key influencer, decision maker, and strategic thought leader to ensure DEI is fully embedded throughout the firm (HR, brand, clients, community) through collaboration with HR COEs, Legal, Compliance, Supplier Diversity, Corporate Strategy, and Marketing.
Lead the research, design, socialization and execution of solutions that enhance TIAA's workplace standards.
Work with DEI, HR, and business leaders, in partnership with HR COEs (Associate Experience, Employee Relations, The Talent Office, Total Rewards, etc.
) to prioritize, develop, and deliver programs that build inclusion, equity, and belonging.
Manage the TIAA People Equity & Inclusion IndexExecute self-identification campaigns to drive representation insights and inform DEI strategies.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
