We are a small firm with two attorneys and a casual, team-based environment that is committed to providing superior service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly, positive personality who will help our team operate more efficiently.
Responsibilities will include:
? Answering incoming calls, directing calls to the appropriate staff, answering general inquiries ? Filing and scanning ? Greeting clients and visitors at the front desk ? General office duties ? Assisting attorneys and paralegals with case activities ? Occasional local travel in the DFW area The applicant should have the following skills:
? Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and superior client service skills ? Ability to work in a face-paced environment and multitask ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Have excellent organizational skills with proven attention to detail ? Good understanding of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook ? Previous experience in the legal industry is preferred but not required Pay is $18-20/hour.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
