We have an exciting opportunity for a secretary with three to five years of litigation experience in the areas of insurance defense and personal injury defense.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of insurance defense or personal injury defense experience Ability to prioritize, proactively plan and manage a heavy workload Superior organizational skills Excellent transcription and word processing skills with high accuracy rate Must be a self-starter Good communication, administrative, and telephone skills Must be able to think analytically, take direction well, and work independently Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Microsoft DM a plus
Responsibilities:
Heavy calendaring, docketing, and scheduling eFiling Organization and electronic file management of large, document-intensive cases Proofreading Open new files Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and professional.
