DALLAS, TX (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - Busy family near University Park is seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER for their 3 children ages 4 years old, 6 years old, and 9 years old.
Mom and Dad are busy professionals and they are seeking a candidate who is reliable, and comfortable with caring for the children overnights when Mom travels for work(roughly 4 days at a time, 6 times/year).
The perfect candidate will align with their household values of academic achievement, and prioritizing responsibility and independence in their children.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 11 am - 7 pm with flexibility for the schedule for the right candidate.
The afternoons and evenings are the heaviest need for childcare support.
Candidates should be open and flexible to also work occasional date nights and weekends.
Dad's job requires him to be on call often and the family is in need of a nanny who can be available during those times when Mom is traveling.
The family generally knows their schedule in advance and will be able to communicate their needs accordingly.
Duties include teaching and supervising the children in age-appropriate household chores, such as tidying their rooms, setting the table, helping with meal preparation, and cleaning up after themselves, instilling a sense of responsibility and contributing to the smooth functioning of the household.
When children are at school the candidate should be comfortable with light cleaning and organizational household management duties.
Candidates should be comfortable safely driving the children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and any educational outings, ensuring punctuality and safety during transportation.
The parents are seeking a candidate who would encourage and empower the children to take ownership of their learning journey, fostering self-motivation in completing homework assignments and engaging in educational activities.
They would also love the candidate to collaborate with the children in planning and preparing nutritious meals and snacks, involving them in meal preparation to develop their culinary skills and healthy eating habits.
Preparation of healthy, tasty meals for parents as well as obtaining groceries.
The family has no vaccination preference at this time.
Candidates must have a valid Driver's Licence and a clean driving record.

The anticipated start date is mid-July.
Pay is $25-30/hr gross via payroll based on experience.
