Client is seeking a dynamic HR Vendor Manager to lead our international MSP programs and ensure compliance within our contingent workforce. This role requires a strategic leader with exceptional vendor management skills and a strong understanding of global labor laws.



Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement global Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs and contingent workforce compliance initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with international labor laws and internal corporate guidelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships and the contingent workforce, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Supervise the operation of MSP programs, ensuring they meet organizational objectives and budgetary guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (procurement, legal, IT) to align MSP programs with the overall business strategy.
  • Constantly review and improve MSP programs and contingent workforce processes based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing MSP programs at an international scale.
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce management and compliance issues.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex vendor relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in using HR management software and tools.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
