Bookkeeper

In this role, you will play a key part in managing the company's bookkeeping tasks while providing support for accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:
Assist in managing the company's full bookkeeping
Prepare invoices for clients
Process accounts receivable payments
Manage employees' travel expense reports
Reconcile bank accounts and other accounts
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintain accounts receivable aging reports
Support accounts payable by creating general journals and other recording entries
Requirements for the Bookkeeper:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper
2 years of basic accounting experience preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Associate degree preferred
Compensation for the Bookkeeper:
Contract-to-hire
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday
