Summary:
Support the Program and Product Leadership team in capturing requirements, building user stories, coordinating organizational change management activities, coordinating with user acceptance testing team, partnering with vendor partner in managing the program deliverables, developing presentations for executive leadership, and supporting weekly program updates to be delivered to executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Program Management team in coordinating the Product Requirements, User Requirements, UAT activities, and Change Management.
  • Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple projects.
  • Develop the program strategy, supporting business case and various enterprise-wide high-level project plans
    Ensure integration of projects and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business.
  • Communicate with IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants to communicate program strategy, direction, and changes.
  • Deliver all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements.
  • Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments to Project Managers.
  • Partner with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.

Experience Required:

  • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools.
  • Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field
    Or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Management certification is required.
  • Typically has 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role and 5-8 years managing projects.

Skills Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Service Now platform.
  • Experience with HR systems using or interacting with the Service Now platform.
  • Experience configuring builds within the Service Now platform (not asking for a full-scale Service Now developer).
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to work across business units and with technology providers (Suppliers).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
