In this per-contract position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each client receives their pet's memorial package with care and sensitivity.
Responsibilities:
Package Deliveries:
Execute timely and secure delivery of memorial packages to clients' locations.
Distance Consideration:
Receive an additional $50 for deliveries covering a distance of 10 miles or further.
Flexible Schedule:
Maintain a flexible but available schedule to accommodate varying delivery demands.
Reliability:
Demonstrate consistent reliability in meeting delivery commitments.
Customer Service Excellence:
Interact with clients in a compassionate and respectful manner, understanding the emotional sensitivity of the packages being delivered.
Communication:
Keep open communication with the team regarding delivery schedules and any challenges encountered.
Presentable Appearance:
Ensure a presentable and well-groomed appearance, including trimmed nails, neat hair, and clean clothes.
Clean Car:
Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle suitable for the secure transport of memorial packages.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License:
Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Reliable Vehicle:
Own a reliable vehicle suitable for the secure transport of memorial packages.
Compassionate Nature:
Exhibit empathy and understanding in interactions with grieving pet owners.
Flexibility:
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule based on the varying demands of package deliveries.
