We are seeking a seasoned Sr.
Director, Enterprise Architecture - Supply Chain to lead the strategic direction and implementation of enterprise applications for our supply chain function.
You will play a critical role in driving digital transformation by aligning technology with business goals and ensuring seamless integration across our supply chain ecosystem.
ResponsibilitiesVision & Strategy:
Develop and champion a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy that optimizes and streamlines our supply chain applications within a broader technology roadmap.
Application Portfolio Management:
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of best-in-class enterprise applications across core supply chain functions (e.
g.
, Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, Procurement Systems).
Integration & Interoperability:
Ensure seamless integration between supply chain applications and other enterprise systems (e.
g.
, ERP, CRM) to create a unified data platform and facilitate efficient information flow.
Technical Standards & Governance:
Establish and enforce technical standards and governance policies for enterprise applications in the supply chain domain, ensuring consistency, security, and scalability.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve supply chain processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
Solution Architecture:
Design and implement innovative solutions to address complex supply chain challenges and optimize fulfillment capabilities.
Change Management:
Spearhead the development and implementation of effective change management strategies to guide users through application transitions and ensure successful adoption.
Partnership & Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including supply chain operations, IT, and other departments, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Technology Innovation:
Stay current on emerging trends in supply chain technology and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies (e.
g.
, AI, Cloud, IoT) to drive further optimization.
QualificationsBachelor s or master s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.

years of experience designing enterprise solutions.
Proven experience and knowledge of ERP, PIM, OMS, WMS; Oracle, Syndigo, and Manhattan preferred.
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.
g.
, TOGAF, Zachman, CVOSLD).
Proven experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology portfolio management.
Public cloud experience, preferably Azure, AWS, or Google.
#LI-RD1BenefitsThe annual base salary range is $218000-$250000 / year.
This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc.
