Unique Selling Points:
In the Customer Experience (CX) sector, Sonata CX stands out by combining physical and digital measurements (including mystery shopping, brand compliance, voice of customer, employee engagement, panel surveys and brand tracking) undertaken by our global pool of evaluators.
This data is ingested into our proprietary reporting platform, offering persona-based access to data that can drive meaningful change.
We track each action to completion to ensure long-lasting improvement and return on investment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Growth:
Meet and exceed revenue growth targets by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
Engagement:
Collaborate closely with client servicing teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions for their business challenges.
Networking:
Cultivate strong relationships within Sonata's internal teams and leverage their expertise to enhance client engagements and expand business opportunities.
Communication:
Effectively communicate Sonata CX's value proposition and technological advantages to technical and non-technical audiences through persuasive proposals and presentations.
Acumen:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of Sonata CX's technology and its application in delivering differentiated CX measurement solutions.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
research to identify potential clients and opportunities for expansion.
and maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' CX organizational structures, spending patterns, and competitive landscape.
pitch Sonata CX's solutions to targeted accounts, supported by strategic account-based marketing initiatives.
collaboration between Sonata CX's client servicing teams and Sonata's broader compelling proposals and presentations that showcase Sonata CX's industry-leading solutions and address clients' specific needs.
with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of CX solutions.
on cross-selling Sonata CX's complete suite of offerings to existing Sonata clients, maximizing CX wallet share.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
track record in bridging the gap between technical and functional departments to drive business growth to define and prioritize business requirements, develop compelling proposals, and communicate effectively in English.
interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
Required
Experience:
experience in selling physical and digital CX measurement solutions, preferably in an IT services role.
success in selling CX solutions to large accounts, with international business experience being advantageous.
Internal Contacts:
Collaborate closely with Sonata CX's Head of Global Sales, Head of Global Client Servicing, Client Service Directors, Client Service Managers, and various contacts within Sonata as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
