DCS Systems Specialist

Industrial Automation Solutions Company has a full-time Systems Specialist position available out of their Dallas, TX Office. This is a core role within the Project Execution Team and Lifecycle Services.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Assist in Front End Project Studies
DCS System Support - hardware, electrical, communications, PCs/Networking.
Analyze Power and Grounding
Review /Approve System Bill of Material and architectures.
Review/Approve Enclosure design requirements.
Cutover Planning and Execution
Perform Site Initialization and Inspection.
DeltaV PC/Server and Networking Equipment setup and configuration
Assist in FAT/SAT.
Construction Management
Manage cutover, commissioning and loop-check activities (including DCS configuration changes and navigating DCS applications)
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Relevant Technical Degree
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience performing similar project work.
Proficiency in A/C and D/C power and grounding.
Proficiency in the use of electrical test equipment.
Experienced with DCS and/or PLC control systems - DeltaV is preferred.
Proficiency with Windows-based computers and associated operating systems.
Competency in motor controls and instrumentation.
Experience with design and reading/interpretation of engineering documents such as P&IDs, Electrical One Lines, Plot Plans.
Ability to function in a fast pace/high energy environment during testing, start-ups, troubleshooting and deployment.
Highly motivated and self-starter who can be effective working independently or in a team.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Good written and verbal communications.
Able and willing to travel to/from customer sites.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
