We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Analyst & Solution Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in building a cutting-edge proactive engine solution.
This platform will be instrumental in identifying customer churn risks, optimizing user journeys, and ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Year of overall IT Experience
Minimum 5
years of experience in Python programming, data analysis and solution architecture.
Proven track record of designing and implementing complex data-driven solutions.
Expertise in BigQuery, including data modeling, querying, and scripting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in large datasets.
Experience with machine learning concepts and familiarity with applying them to real-world problems (a plus).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A passion for innovation and a desire to build solutions that drive business value.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience developing and deploying machine learning models
Experience in a customer-centric environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
