Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Have at least one year experience Attendance and Punctuality are extremely important Great attitude, willing to go the extra mile Professional, Great and Positive Customer Service Have an Active cell phone Be able to work fast, but focus on details Have your own personal reliable vehicle Comfortable driving your vehicle to and from client's home to clean Be able to work independently, but be able to work well with others Be able to get along and work around pets Be able to lift up to 30 pounds Criteria:
Be legally authorized to work in the US Be able to communicate, read and write in English Be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check, etc Have have a current Texas driver's license and social security card This person must be able to clean efficiently and be able to stand on their feet for hours at a time.
Houses and building will vary in sizes:
2000 square feet to 4000 square feet, possibly larger.
