Service Manager (Maintenance) (Saddlehorn Vista Apartments)
Thompson Michie Associates/Saddlehorn Vista Apartments an immediate opening for a Service Manager who has had a minimum of 2 years prior experience as a Supervisor on 100 units or more and can supervise 1 or more employees, trouble-shoot, repair & maintain, diagnose & correct:
HVAC, plumbing, elect, & appliances, minor carpentry/sheetrock, flooring repairs.
Prioritize work orders, re-key locks, maint.
landscape & pool care and other duties as assigned.
Must be able to walk, lift up to 75 lbs, climb stairs, bend, twist, and kneel.
Must have CPO & HVAC Certs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
