About the Job:
As a design engineer, you'll architect new TI products and make our customers' visions a reality. You'll define, design, model, implement and document analogand/or RF integrated circuits (ICs). And, you'll have the opportunity to work in exciting areas like Radar-on-Chip integration.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
oDesign, develop and characterize RF/analog, and mixed-signal IC embedded modules for internal and external customer specific requirements for 77GHz Automotive Radar circuits as part of an SOC in TI's most advanced digital processes.
oSpecification definition and development, design, simulation, floorplanning, layout and review, bench characterization and debug, and documentation for leading modules for mmwave Radar design.
oMay be required to travel for customer discussions.
oInteraction with internal teams and customers during the specification negotiation process. Needs to work with modelling, CAD, characterization, testing and productization teams.
oFinal product to tape-out. Also needs to collaborate during characterization and productization. Several test chips a year to check feasibility of designs in successive process nodes (mainly TI digital process nodes).

Minimum Requirements
oAdvanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
oDeep academic experience in the design of RF/analog building blocks like Low Noise amplifiers, mixers, Power Amplifier, Phase shifters, multipliers, LO distribution amplifiers, mixed-signal circuits and mixed-signal systems like ADC's DAC's,and PLL's
oExtensive experience with SPICE/ADS and designing with cadence tools
