Program manager responsible for planning, managing, measuring and optimizing media content programs to generate media coverage, ti.com actions and social engagement that drive awareness, demand, advocacy and reputation for segments of TI's Analog business.
Responsibilities include:
o Developing messaging and media content plans for assigned product lines; this includes developing strategic and tactical plans and writing news releases, social media posts and other related content
o Planning and executing content marketing campaigns for specific products/solutions/business initiatives; this includes planning email campaigns, as well as recruiting and nurturing subject matter experts to generate how-to videos, blog posts, white papers and other relevant content pieces targeted to electrical engineers
o Driving editorial calendar for assigned blog on company website
o Overseeing an existing video program and its associated landing page to ensure consistent, high-quality content; promoting program and individual videos to generate views and conversions
o Identifying and implementing programs to elevate subject matter experts from TI
o Ensuring all content meets high quality standards and corporate style while staying informed of current trending topics and industry best practices.
o Using tools provided by TI to measure and analyze program results to optimize current programs and provide insights for future planning
o Measuring and reporting results to management and assigned product lines.
o Identifying and fostering relationships with influencers, including media, analysts and key social followers
o Collaborating with functional and cross-functional teams to optimize programs and drive seamless interaction with assigned groups
o Collaborating with PR agency to amplify messages
o Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
o 5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, marketing communications or media relations.
o Proven expertise in multimedia campaigns, including content strategy/marketing and social media.
o Ability to think strategically and recommend content programs to achieve business objectives, and then tactically execute them.
o Exemplary writing, editing and presentation skills.
o Ability to leverage analytics to evaluate and drive programs.
o Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion.
o Demonstrated organizational and problem solving/analytical skills.
o Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
