Position overview
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with experience/certification in Occupational Health and Disability case management. In this role, you will be responsible for Short and Long term disability case management and Worker's Compensation case management. This position requires expertise in developing and utilizing nursing action plans to help facilitate return to work. You will be responsible for collaboration with ESH professionals to manage work place illness/injury prevention programs and initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing health education programs to address key medical conditions. This role is also responsible for administering and providing case management for FMLA and understanding all aspects of OSHA regulations and compliance.

Job requirements
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a BS degree with an RN license, with certifications in Case management and/or Occupational Health. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with an additional 5 years of Occupational Health experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong computer skills required along with knowledge of Worker's Comp laws and other federal laws including FMLA.
Master's Degree in Nursing or Public Health preferred.
