Ouir WW Facilities Group is looking for an experienced Lab Manager. In this role you will
work with the Facilities organization to effectively act as a liason with Lab Managers and Lab Users, manage and oversee lab equipment inventory and disposition, assist in design/planning for labs, and maintain the WWF Lab Registry.
The Lab Manager also needs to bring together his/her managerial skills and knowledge of safety and lab procedures to ensure that laboratories operate smoothly. Lab Manager need to direct all lab services and schedules and maintains all equipment in support for new product development and testing.
Key
Responsibilities:
a. Take Responsibilities for all aspects of the lab where it works, including equipment, employees, supplies, software and documentation
b. Develop and communicate lab schedules and work flow that optimize resources and meet development schedule
c. Train lab technicians and engineers on the correct use of lab equipment, in addition to mentoring and disciplining lab staff
d. Run lab safely and efficiently, and make sure the employees follow industry standards and safety regulation
e. Source, maintain and track inventory of lab equipments, maintenance and availability as well as all supplies
f. Be responsible for documenting and managing lab organization, administration and procedures
