The position supports the entire organization, but requires extensive coordination with the Director of Worldwide Design and Sales Facilities and her staff(phone, weekly reports, travel and meeting coordination, moderate filing/archiving, some presentations, manage calendar, assistance with tracking inquiries, general office management, office automation).
More complex tasks to include:
o Organize meetings with executive management / external parties in support of major projects
o Inquire about and review new office automation tools (with IT support) and present findings to the leadership team
Qualified candidates will have five years of relevant experience along with:
o Expert level proficiency on office software (incl. Word, PowerPoint, WebEx, SharePoint, expense reporting, purchasing requisitions, etc.)
o Ability to work with all levels of management and employees, internally and externally; positive attitude.
o Ability and interest in learning and implementing new processes, new tools, new activities.
o Ability to execute with limited supervision; autonomous and self-driven; able to suggest changes to processes or tools.
o Excellent communication skills; professional and confident.
o Excellent attention to details and accuracy required; demonstrated reliability in execution.
o Ability to organize multiple assignments during peak workload.
o Able to and interested in dealing with new situations
o Good understanding of TI processes, policies and systems (including expense, travel, etc).
o Excellent ethics and integrity; demonstrated ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality.
Preferred
Qualifications:
o Proficiency with Excel, SAP, Power Point
o Experience supporting executive staff.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
