About the job:
Our dynamic team supports the manufacturing of leading-edge semiconductor devices in a high volume 200mm production facility (DMOS5).
In this role, your responsibilities will be to perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs and equipment improvements on Thinfilms equipment.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Perform Preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of Thinfilms equipment.
- Work with manufacturing and Engineering groups to resolve equipment issues.
- Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downs.
- Monitor and analyze all related data to improve/maintain tool performance and address issues.
This technician must be willing to learn and cross train on different toolsets to help support fab growth.
Minimum Requirement:
- Associate's degree in an Electronics field or Equivalent Military Electronics Training
- 5 years of relevant experience working in semiconductor manufacturing or fab environment
- Successful completion of the Pre-Employment and GenTech/TKDP Assessments
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience on AMAT or Novellus tools supporting PVD/CVD/Cu platers.
- Excellent organizational, teaming and troubleshooting skills are required.
- This technician must be self driven and able to identify/resolve priorities to improve fab performance.
- Good troubleshooting skills on electrical/mechanical systems are essential.
