About the job:
Manage the tactical day to day needs of the CMP / Wet module to support the overall RFAB Team
Grow the CMP/Wet Module Individual Contributors and help them reach their full engineering potential
Manage module Safety & Productivity (Cost / Availability & Process Yield) to hit the fab PDO
Manage capacity ramp needs / requirements for the module in order to continue to meet the RFAB start demand
Look for and implement MOOI opportunities for overall module productivity improvements
This person must be able to work with aggressive timelines and drive for timely results that meet or exceed fab goals. The ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel and adapt to dynamic business conditions is required. This manager must also be able to develop innovative solutions to drive the highest quality at the lowest cost. Leadership through empowerment and the building collaborative, positive relationships with external suppliers are also required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or other related engineering degree
- Total 8 years of related work experience with minimum 4 years of experience working in Fab Engineering role
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Proven leader: experienced in building and leading effective teams
- Strategic thinker, with experience implementing efficient / productive solutions
- Develop and implement plans for the module that help and support the growth of the entire organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, (Excel & PowerPoint) as well as data analysis tools such as Spotfire, Mbase, JMP, etc.
- Previous CMP/Wet experienced a plus but not required.
- Be able to multi-task and manage a number of projects and assignments at one time with a high level of attention to the details
- Be able to prioritize work based on business goals and priorities
- Be comfortable making presentations tailored appropriately for the audience and developing and providing training to end users
- Must be able to work in a fast moving environment, managing change, and driving execution
- Demonstrated ability to initiate self-directed work
- Must be a team player, communicating and working well with fellow team members,
- Ability to offer creative ideas based upon professional/technical/industry practices and new developments
- Ability to build strong relationships across multiple organizations world wide
