In this role, you'll have an opportunity to partner with a team of talent development professionals, HR and business leaders to create and implement leadership development solutions globally across Texas Instruments.
You will engage in both the design and deployment of a variety of talent development projects focused on creating, implementing, and evaluating enterprise-wide leadership development solutions at TI. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work closely with leaders and HR Business Partners to implement talent development solutions within TI's Analog business for its most critical populations.
Specific responsibilities include:
o Working with HR partners and Analog Talent Development team to identify and prioritize talent development needs
o Developing and implementing initiatives focused on high potential development, leader development, team effectiveness, and change in the Analog organization
o Providing coaching and development support to leaders and high potentials
o Designing, developing, implementing, evaluating, and influencing the adoption of leadership development projects globally
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Industrial/ Organizational Psychology or similar with a minimum of 5
years of experience providing enterprise level leadership and/or organization development solutions. Some domestic and international travel may be required.
The individual in this role must have strong facilitation, and project management skills, be able to influence without direct authority, and work collaboratively to generate and deliver solutions to business and leadership challenges.
Experience designing and implementing leadership development programs, and balancing creativity and pragmatism is essential. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of business drivers and linking development to business success.
