About the job:
Manage quality performance of TI's foundry, bump and assembly/test subcontractors in the People's Republic of China. Responsibilities and deliverables include:
Drive improved adoption of key quality foundational programs, including:
-Risk mitgation through FMEA application
-Robust change management systems
-5S culture which optimizes systems, eliminates waste and improves detection of defects
-Problem-solving through the effective use of 8D/3x5 why analyses
Develop and deploy systems which target reduction/elimination of specific customer complaint root causes.
Partner with EM engineering and supplier management teams to improve new product introduction processes so that quality problems are avoided during qualification/ramp.
Develop a new supplier quality assessment and improvement plan which accelerates the time to meet TI's quality performance goals.
Coordinate the collection of EM China quality policy deployment metrics and drive improvements when gaps are reported.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Metallurgic Engineering and 7
years experience. Related experience in semiconductor manufacturing required, with exposure to engineering, quality or production management preferred.
Familiarity with quality management systems and quality improvement principles is required.
Ability to effectively communicate across organizational boundaries and with suppliers is required.
Fluent Mandarin reading/writing skills are preferred. Fluent English reading/writing skills are required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
