Godsey Martin, a highly successful personal injury law firm located in the trendy Uptown neighborhood, is seeking a Spanish Speaking Pre-Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating commercial motor vehicle accidents and/or 18-Wheeler trucking cases.

Responsibilities:
-Review and strategize cases with department managers and legal support staff
-Heavy interaction with litigation team
-Heavy client contact and interaction
-Negotiate pre-litigation settlements
Salary is negotiable and depends on experience.
