Position: Territory Account Sales Executive - DALLAS,TEXAS, Consultative Legal Sales
Work location: home based anywhere within the sales territory of - Dallas
Our direct retained client parent company is a global multi-national company - $12billion in global sales
Compensation: OTE annual earning on average is $132,000 per year at average Quota- NO CAP ON COMMISSIONS ( base salary 1st six months there is an over and above guaranteed payout above the base Salary, the floor base is $32K however the 1st year guarantee income $51,800

All candidates should be making by the 4th-5th month about $10K a month combined ( base
commissions ) by the 6th month you should be making $11K a month,
These are consultative transactional short cycle sales( 1st visit to at max 60days), Single sales are in the range $6k -$12K, some maybe up to $25Kon average you will close 8-10 deals a month.

Description

The Territorial Account Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business revenue through the sale of the company's products, services and content within assigned accounts or territory.

As the Territory Account Sales Executive your key roles and responsibilities will include:
(manage and sell into 250-300 accounts which are Law Offices and Attorney's offices, Legal Research tools, Legal Office Automation Productivity Tools, Legal Case Law, Legal information. Legal Marketing and Advertising Solution Packages, Web based SaaS subscriptions )

o Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

o Develop detailed strategic sales plans to demonstrate how to grow business within assigned accounts or territory

o Identifies and qualifies opportunities, develops a pipeline of viable opportunities and effectively manages the pipeline with the account team, including timely follow up of all leads and advancing leads through selling process to close

o Provides accurate forecasts, customer, competitive and market intelligence to management and business leadership and to the account team

o Understand and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the company's products, content and solutions including the ability to articulate competitive differentiators and our value proposition

o Ability to identify and communicate effectively with executives or other high level officials within a customer's organization

o Collaborate with other sales team members to secure new business; provide input in conjunction with account team on development of Marketing plans and programs to maximize goals.
o Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience o At least 3 years proven experience generating new business sales, preferably in a business to business environment
