The Senior Vice President Associate General Counsel provides direct support to the Chief Legal Officer in all matters as directed by the Chief Legal Officer. The Associate General Counsel assists in the management and coordination of all legal matters affecting company, including all litigation or legal demands involving or affecting the company (directly or indirectly), review of all contracts entered into between the company and all outside vendors, and advising the company of any and all legal requirements imposed on the business. The Associate General Counsel works directly with the Chief Legal Officer to analyze and advise the business on legal developments and litigation concerning every aspect of companys business.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
