The EDD Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects through our proprietary electronic data discovery processing tool, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of projects in support of the EDRM and all aspects of eDiscovery.
Manage Hosted Databases: Relativity, iConect and FYI Reviewer.
Facilitate and define project scope, goals and deliverables, as well as project tasks and resource requirements.
Develop full scale project plans, resource allocation, and project timelines.
Account penetration and development for new and existing clients:
Develop and enhance long-term, high quality client relationships by consistently exceeding client expectations.
Partner with Account Managers and clients to develop a project strategy and help create solutions to address the project requirements and provide the best value to the client relationship.
Consult with clients and Account Managers to determine the best service and product options to meet pricing expectations and project deadlines.
Coordinate delivery of accurate work order information.
Maintain current knowledge of client's products and services, industry trends and local competitors
Assemble and coordinate project staff
Manage the project budget.
Manage the project resource allocation.
Plan and schedule project timelines.
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Provide direction and support to project team
Perform quality control on client project deliverables.
Monitor and report on the progress of projects to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, issues and applicable solutions
Implement and manage all projects and intervene as needed to ensure project delivery
Evaluate project results and identify changes that can be implemented for future work.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business preferred;
3 to 5 years of Litigation Support/Project Management experience in a law firm and/or with an eDiscovery service provider required
Knowledge of litigation support software including but not limited to Relativity, Concordance, Summation, Ipro, and Ringtail.
Knowledge of dtSearch preferred
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
English fluency required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
