We are seeking an Product Manager (Automation) for our RHUSA division in Dallas, TX:
Requirements:
Understand market dynamics and drive the most effective supplier alignment. Key factors - supplier positioning, core manufacturing capability, commitment to developing new products and strong focus on distribution channel as a primary route to market.
Understand related product and services to core category implement complimentary strategies to achieve objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in sales, marketing or other related business field is required,
Practical experience within the electrical supply distribution industry a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Summary of Key
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the Automation Product Category with specific focus on driving share gains and improving profitability.
Negotiate supplier terms and conditions annually and drive measurable improvement.
Develop marketing and sales strategies to improve category share.
Support field operations to maximize inventory effectiveness and improve trade working capital metrics.
Analyze and understand market levels and implement programs to ensure system costs and related sell prices are in line and capable of improving sales and margin.
Work with key suppliers to identify supply chain efficiencies and drive network to compliance
Develop marketing/promotional plans to support overall category development strategy.
Position location is based on business need. Candidates may be located in another major U.S. city.
