POSITION DESCRIPTION :
The Recruiter - University, Diversity and Military will facilitate the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process for OneMain's University, Diversity and Military programs. This individual will provide guidance and direction to assigned hiring managers and Human Resources team members on recruiting issues to ensure the consistent application of policies in compliance with legal requirements and OneMain practice.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred; High School Diploma required
Experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience
Experience specializing in college/Intern recruiting preferred
Ability to travel as needed (up to 50%) during peak college/university recruiting fair seasons (Fall: late September though late October and Spring: late February through mid-April)
Solid, and persuasive, verbal and written communication skills
Strong networking skills
Requirements
This opportunity will place the Recruiter directly in line with both candidates and hiring managers allowing a partnership to place talent. Duties and responsibilities to include:
Manage the full life cycle of Intern requisitions for assigned areas including assisting with the primary areas of requisition opening, sourcing and screening, offer development/delivery and onboarding
Collaborate with the College Relations Manager, College Relations Consultant and Business Units to understand Intern workforce plans executing recruiting strategies that match needs
Develop relationships with hiring managers to be seen as the recruiting business partner
Proactively develop and utilize effective recruitment methods including effective sourcing channels to support the overall Intern talent pipeline
Attend college/university job fairs as needed and actively network to develop positive relationships with identified college/universities
Deliver unsurpassed customer service to make both the hiring manager and candidate experience second to none

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
