Senior Network Engineer VoIP Engineer
The Information System Department is seeking a Senior VoIP Engineer to join our team. This individual is responsible for designing Rexel Holdings USA Cisco VoIP and SIP environments
Work with our Network team to design a stable and scalable Cisco Call Manager & Unity Voicemail system that is deployed across a wide area network.
Integrate this system with Asterix Open Source telephony and SIP Trunking.
Work on Call Accounting Application to provide call reporting for business
Provide standard configuration templates for all telecom devices
Design and deploy monitoring solutions to monitor the health of the VoIP and SIP Trunking environment.
Perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades on all voice infrastructure
Assist in troubleshooting issues
Maintain up to date knowledge on new products and interoperability
Create detailed technical and operational documentation
Basic Qualification:
7+years of experience administering a Cisco Call Manager and Unity environment with greater than 2000 users.
Experience working with outsourced support teams
Experience working with outsource vendors and telco's
Strong working knowledge of VoIP and SIP
Ability to think critically and solve complex issues
Ability to work independently
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with internal and external teams
Experience with creating network documentation and diagrams
Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience adapting in a dynamic work environment
Experience working in a customer focused environment
Ability to use network tools for troubleshooting issues
Work closely with other Leaders of the IT Infrastructure Team to communicate, share and implement best practices
Highly advanced trouble shooting skills, problem resolution, project management and technology evaluation to meet business requirements
Ideal Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree
Project management experience required
Specific Infrastructure experience and certifications a Plus (e.g. CCIE Voice, CCIE, CCNP, CCDA, etc.)
Ability to design and manage highly available, redundant network solutions
Knowledge of Routing and Switching
Knowledge of QOS

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
