Transportation Coordinator
We are currently seeking a Transportation Coordinator to join our team where this key individual will be responsible for completing the day to day functions within transportation for inbound load planning. The Transportation Coordinator will report to the Inbound Transportation Manager. Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm CST.
Additional responsibilities include:
Vendor / Corporate / DC communication
Inbound load planning for vendor orders
Training
Monitor all loads
Data entry of shipping information
Resolve DC / Vendor issues
Research / Resolve invoice issues
Follow Standard Operating Procedures consistently
Facilitates the flow of merchandise from vendors to either the DC in Dallas or Phoenix 5 days per week
Qualified candidates will possess:
1 -2 years of Transportation / Logistics
High School Diploma, Some College preferred
Problem solver
Detail Oriented
Self-Start
Strong Communication
Microsoft Office experience
Understanding of transportation in a retail environment a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
