Job Description
This position supports the Omni Hotels Corporate Benefits Department by performing key analysis for our health & welfare programs.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the program (data) management of all health & welfare programs
Ensures integrity of all benefits data in HRIS validate weekly EDI error report and resolve issues
Monitor QLE and the calculation of arrears
Ongoing and new hire hours check
Reconcile weekly 401(k) and Deferred Comp funding
Update all 401(k) weekly election changes
Assist in the Annual Enrollment/ or Special Enrollment period
Collaborate with Benefits Accountant to reconcile/resolve billing variance
Any other special projects that may be assigned
Able to interpret data and make necessary decisions to address issues and identify trends
Qualifications
College degree and experience in Ultipro preferred
2-5 years of benefits administration/analyst experience preferred
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skill
An aptitude for data
Ability to multi-task

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
