The primary responsibilities of the Technical Recruiter are to:
Drive the development and further penetration of Oxford's presence in the national market through partnerships and communications with candidates across the country.
Work collaboratively with Account Managers and internal staff to match consultants with the right opportunity
How the position is viewed, pay structure & training
Source consultants with leading edge critical skills.
Obtain referrals from consultants and user managers; direct recruit; network with personal contacts; and search through our company's database.
Interview consultants to assess skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements and willingness to travel.
Check references to verify information and obtain leads and market information.
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What We're Looking For:
Requirements for this position include:
1-3 years of work experiences (prior sales/recruiting experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Self-motivated, high-energy personality
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Bachelor's Degree

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
