MAXs Wine Dive is looking for hard working, dedicated individuals to join our team. We have a strong training program to help you prepare for the position and be successful. We recognize that hard working people have the desire to succeed and often learn very quickly. Many of our team members have started with us in various position and advanced along the way into lead roles and management. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and respectful with a positive attitude, sense of urgency and team player mindset. He or she must be reliable, honest and professional.
Individuals should possess:
Familiarity with food and wine pairings, and/or the desire to learn
Passion and enthusiasm in creating an exceptional guest experience
Positive attitude and outlook
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well with a team, as well as individually
Problem solving abilities
Experience in the restaurant industry preferred
