Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them.
Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
Assists in development of software technical documentation.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years software development experience REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proficient with MuleSoft and Drools Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Proficient with Java programming language.
Experience in XML/Web Services technologies Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal Understanding of React.
js Familiarity with RESTful APIs Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON PREFERRED SKILLS:
