Reporting Analyst

Start your Jacobs career with a company that inspires and empowers you to deliver your best work so you can evolve, grow and succeed - today and into tomorrow. o Assist with writing and maintaining business process documentation. o Work with our various groups to support reporting and data needs of our contract teammates. o Collaborates and supports teamwork o Ensure that any issues with data integrity are identified; o Work with key interfaces to identify and understand issues and concerns. o The job-holder will be responsible for ensuring that all data within their area of work are accurate, validated and representative of Project progress, to facilitate decisions by others. o Support the IPC Reporting Manager in the implementation and maintenance of Project Controls processes for Reporting, including the production of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, through the provision of intelligent information and analysis; o Collaborate with other Disciplines of Project Controls, as well as other Project Teams, to ensure that Reporting requirements are met, and to help deliver Project goals in keeping with the principles of Trust, Transparency and Teamwork. o Co-ordinate and produce Project reports in accordance with standards and procedures; o Compile, review and edit performance reports, ensuring that all Project information is clearly and accurately represented. These include (but are not limited to): Cost, Schedule, Risks & Opportunities, Trends & Changes, Health, Safety & Environment, Quality, Supply Chain and Progress Job Requirements Experience in data visualization and analysis techniques. Detailed understanding of project performance reporting; Ability to create concise written narrative to communicate Project progress and performance effectively to the target audience; Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Professional; Knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools, applications and techniques, including the capability of business intelligence analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau Good attention to detail; Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desirable's: Relevant experience in a similar Reporting role; Training in project management methodology Understanding of engineering and construction methods, techniques and terminology; Skill in using communication techniques in complex project environments; The ability to build relationships both internally and externally At Jacobs, we help prepare people for new opportunities and challenges. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
