Pass Administration Analyst

Job Description About this Opportunity This position supports the Executive Director and the global security management department. This position will be part of a team that is responsible for the day to day security operations of a global operation and will be responsible for providing administrative support and operations coordination. Business Unit: Global Chief Risk Office Our Risk Management teams work to protect the safety and soundness of our systems and are responsible for identifying, managing, measuring and mitigating a spectrum of key risk types including credit, market, liquidity, systemic, operational and technology in all existing and new products, activities, processes and systems. Department: Global Security Management The Global Security Management department provides a general and specialized work force to enforce the rules, regulations, and procedures of DTCC. Responsible for the protection of all DTCC assets, to include the protection of data processing and telecommunications equipment, and to provide a safe and secure workplace for employees. What You'll Do Responsible for day to day Pass Administration functions in support of security operations. Provide training of all security operations staff on Pass Administration support roles. Primary liaison with Human Resources to facilitate new hire onboarding for local full-time employee's (FTE) and consultants and manage the day one responsibilities for all newly onboarded staff. Oversee the background check program and be responsible for the coordination and completion of checks on all personnel assigned to the location. Responsible for the review and coordination of access requests. Provide onsite assistance with the maintenance and repair of the access control system, Closed Circuit TV system and other related security infrastructure. Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately Sound Like You? Minimum of 3 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred Additional Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of related experience specifically with electronic and physical security systems is required Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks, changing priorities, short deadlines and heavy workload Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Advanced communication and interpersonal skills Project management skills required Who We Are With over 45 years of experience, DTCC is the premier post-trade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
