Help Desk Analyst

Job Description Help Desk Analyst Exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst with one of our industry leading Automotive clients. This person will be supporting our clients employees/users by troubleshooting business applications. They will mostly work with Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, printer connectivity & basic networking issues. Required Skills: 2+ years of experience as a help desk analyst Must have experience supporting Active Directory & Office365 Must have experience troubleshooting in a Windows environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
