Trapeze Application Analyst

Job Description MV Transportation is seeking a Trapeze Application Analyst who's responsibilities include but are not limited to: Documents system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; helping the senior Trapeze applications team by testing standards and solutions Defines application or operational problems by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes Serving as a business analyst to relay client and operational needs to the Trapeze engineering team Validates results by testing programs as required Trains MV and client personnel and providing support in the scheduling/reservations/dispatch/manager areas Provides reference by writing documentation Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed Addresses operational incidents opened to the Trapeze team as required - using ServiceNow to process ticket status Can provide consultation on operational concerns - reviewing problem on hand and assisting with investigation and presentation of findings and recommendations Skills/Experience Required Three (3)+ years of experience in a Paratransit operations capacity within Reservations, Scheduling or Management Three (3)+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools including Excel Strong analytical capability required Ability to interact well with clients, team members and other constituents Ability to prioritize work very well - combining project and operations work to ensure completion of items in a reasonable timeframe Must be able to communicate effectively Bachelor's degree or relevant experience Skills/Experience Preferred Three (3)+ years of experience using Trapeze Paratransit software MV Transportation is committed to as policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state or local laws, regulations or ordinances. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
