Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes providing administrative support by inputting information and/or verify data required for final processing of forms and records; assist applicants to verify data required for processing of forms for entry into military service; filing material and established a filing system; operating a computer to use automated software system to record alpha numeric data. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-04) OR Education:
Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.ORCombination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
