As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst you will perform the following duties:
Serve as the supervisor for the Pre-Employment Clearance Section. Provide advice, support, and data collection expertise by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data used for HR deliverables. Coordinate the establishment of HR data collection plans; develops data analyses charts and graphics to visually portray assessment results; and conducts data integrity and validation checks and builds data mining. In consultation with HROC senior management, design, develop, and maintain ongoing HR data metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive key HROC HR decisions. Identify problematic issues and report discrepancies and provide appropriate recommendations to HROC leadership. Generate and analyze recurring USA Staffing reports to inform HROC leadership of status and trends. You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as:
Serving as a lead data analyst with focus on data collection and data analysis related to HR services. Researching and conducting analytical studies that evaluate and recommend ways to identify effectiveness, efficiency and the achievement of optimum results in planning, tracking and collecting data. Making recommendations for system enhancements that directly impact workflows and process improvements. Providing support, and data collection expertise by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data used for HR deliverables. Conducting data integrity and validation checks and build data mining techniques for various reports from multiple HR databases. Providing advisory services, technical support and data analysis expertise to senior leadership. Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
