Summary:
This position provides technical support assisting technicians with computer issues.
This position is responsible for developing and conducting product training for employees.
Essential Job Duties:
Acts as initial contact for internal customer technical support required for hardware, software, telephone and networking.
Working with managers, determines needed training on use of hardware and software tools or workflow.
Coordinates training schedule with Area Managers Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, demonstrations or webinars.
Selects or develops training materials.
Conducts training, tests trainees and reports on their progress.
Assumes other duties as assigned.
Acts as the initial contact for Technical Support for Mobile Auto Technicians.
This Provides technical support for fault tracing on vehicles.
Assists mobile technicians with diagnostic questions and helps to provide a resolution and may assist technicians with repairs.
Assists mobile technicians with diagnosing scanner problems including logging in and connectivity problems.
Assists mobile technicians with diagnosing computer problems.
Sets up new equipment (scanners, laptops, vehicle interfaces)Repairs or sends equipment out for repair when needed.
Research the use and procurement of new equipment.

Experience:
Associate degree.

years of Auto Mechanic experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
