The Sales Strategy, Operations, and Customer Programs (SSOC) organization executes the GTM strategy for WW Commercial Sales (WWCO), manages the operational cadence of the business, develops global mechanisms, and leads initiatives to help sellers deliver customer outcomes effectively.
The WW Sales Planning & Operations (WWSPO) team within SSOC is responsible for sales forecasting, business metrics, and sales cadence to manage all aspects of Worldwide Commercial Sales Operations activity.
We are seeking a Head of WW Business Metrics and Mechanisms to provide the worldwide AWS Commercial sales and field organizations with the necessary mechanisms and processes, metrics and analytics, and business information through a streamlined business cadence to successfully deliver customer outcomes and AWS results in a hyper-growth environment.
This individual will partner closely with sales operations leaders across the Geo and Functional sales organizations to advance and operate key sales mechanisms, such as Monthly Operations Review, Monthly Metrics Review, and WW Goals Management.
They will be accountable to guide definition and taxonomy for global sales metrics that are instrumental to sales leadership's inspection of the business for health, trends, forecasts, and decisions.
In addition to the metrics, they will establish the process and standards for global execution and consolidation in the form of repeatable mechanisms.
The leader will apply their experience and knowledge of leading BI solutions, such as Tableau, to develop modern and intuitive interfaces for self-service consumption, dynamic discussion, and effective decision-making.
They will help re-engineer and reinvent business processes that are currently manually-intensive and take advantage of connected planning platforms like Anaplan.
This individual will also engage with our WW Revenue Operations (WWRO) group to establish business priorities and requirements for telemetry and technology solutions, influence roadmap priorities, and leverage and adopt delivered business capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a deep sales operations background and fluency with how large, global, high-tech sales organizations are structured for go-to-market activities.
They will have led sales transformation efforts focused on scaling operations for productivity and business insights delivery.
They will be passionate about the field organization and developing innovative solutions that empower decision-making and return time for value-added selling activities.
Necessary technical skills include depth of expertise across CRM and BI solution stacks.
Importantly, the right candidate will have demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply technology solutions to solve business problems.
This individual must be able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, capable of creating vision and organization structure that can scale quickly.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Own the WW Goals Management process Facilitate WW consolidation reporting for Monthly Metrics Review business cadence Lead the Sales Performance Management function for recurring business analysis and reporting across key domains including sales productivity, pricing and discounting, goals attainment Define global standards for business metrics and WW consolidation across key reporting dimensions, such as sales pipeline, for improved hygiene and global consistency Shape vision for BI solutions, business visualizations, and presentation layer that yields global dashboards and intuitive interfaces that serve as reliable sources of truth and guide strategic decision-making Set vision for design, build, and operationalize the new WWCO business mechanisms that offer new levels of business visibility and productivity, leveraging AWS technologies and new connected sales planning platforms like Anaplan Serve as primary business partner to WWRO organization for WWSPO business requirements for, and adoption of, sales telemetry, automation, and tooling Advance innovative analytics solutions in areas like Customer Health and Sales Productivity.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
