Sales Incentive Compensation Sr. Audit Program Manager - Dallas

Roles & Responsibilities Set strategic direction for local audits, improve documentation, track progress, coordinate improvement efforts, and monitor process improvements.
Dive deep into the AWS Sales Incentive Plan to develop broad understanding of the various inputs and technical understanding of activities and control implementation to articulate compliance implications to both plan participants and the business as it relates to the internal and external audit functions.
Develop understanding of industry compliance requirements and communicate how AWS control activities meet these global regulatory obligations or highlight the appropriate gaps and resolutions.
Operate a rhythm of the business for managing changes to the AWS Sales Incentive Plan in the preparation of audits; guide control owners in documenting their own functional activities and confirm readiness of controls for audit.
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the organization by being a trusted advisor, facilitator and creative problem solver.
Implement continuous improvements to the sales organization and the program management process.
Share program/project process frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization.
Assist in the Compensation Program Development process to ensure compliance.
Maintains and applies best-practice understanding of total compensation and more specifically Sales Incentive Plan principles and frameworks.
Identifies key analytics to drive clarity of designs and demonstrate sales plan performance.
Supports the implementation and communicates program changes.
Provides the expertise and data analysis to maintain alignment between strategic objectives and incentive practices.
Prepares formal and informal presentations for business stakeholders On-going production of formal business writing in a narrative format as primary means of conveying ideas, proposals and assessments to management and stakeholders.
Collaborates with sales leadership, sales operations, finance, legal and HR to design incentive compensation plans and programs, incorporating Enterprise philosophy, and demonstrating sound understanding of business and desired behavior.
Provides input to the Sales Compensation Governance Committee, clearly articulating business case to educate and develop support for compensation plan improvements that are focused on compliance.
LOCATION FLEXIBILITY:
Position may be located in Seattle, Dallas, Boston, DC or Arlington, VA.
Relocation offered from within the US only to these locations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
