Income must be 3x the rent and must be verified with paystubs, bank accounts, or taxes. 6. Income Verification with bank account authorization through Experian must be completed (additional details are available regarding this process, if requested. 7. Must be able to pay deposit & admin fee of $150 per applicant, within 24 hours of signing lease. 8. If selected as a resident, the tenant is required to send virtual walk through pictures when requested, required every 4-6 months (similar to a landlord walk through) 9. We do not accept Housing Vouchers. 10. Pet Deposit is $250 per pet, $25/mo pet rent. Breed Restrictions apply. 11. Must be able to start lease within 30 days of signing.
